Who are the Glasgow Girls?

Margaret Daly, worked at Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s Masterwork The Glasgow School of Art until August 2006 as a successful and award winning Commercial Manager.  Her dream to run her own business has become a reality now she has teamed with award winning business woman Anne Mulhern, proprietrix of The Willow Tea Rooms – also designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for Miss Kate Cranston in 1903.

A new Mackintosh Gift Shop has been created at The Willow Tea Rooms, 97 Buchanan Street, Glasgow G1 3HF. Situated in the City’s most prestigious shopping street, this is a must visit shopping attraction to any visitor to city or any Glaswegian looking for an unusual Glasgow/Charles Rennie Mackintosh souvenir !

A new Gift Shop and Cafe called Mac's is being created within Scotland Street School Museum where all of our gifts will be available and this is another fantastic offering to visitors to Glasgow (Scotland Street School is opposite Shields Road Underground in Glasgow)

Anne and Margaret, both originally from the east end of the city, are passionate and enthusiastic about their offering to visitors to the City.
